摘　　要：本文就义务教育均衡发展与农村寄宿制学校建设问题进行了全面、深入的分析,指出农村寄宿制学校是我国实施义务教育的一种重要组织形式,义务教育均衡发展决不能忽视农村寄宿制学校的建设,并就如何办好农村寄宿制学校,帮助农村孩子克服中小学布局调整及父母进城务工后所面临的各种困难提出了若干对策建议。This paper analyzed the relationship between balanced development of compulsory education andconstruction of boarding schools serving rural population. Boarding schools is an important organizational form forcompulsory education in rural areas. The institution of boarding schools serving rural pupils shouldn＇t be neglected in termsof the balanced development of compulsory education. At last, this paper provided several countermeasures for developingboarding schools and helping children surviving in rural areas to overcome their difficulties in the context of school districtre-positioning and parents＇ absence as migrant workers outside at their early ages.
