摘  要:通过合理的有限元仿真和实车试验,实现某混凝土搅拌车副车架的轻量化设计。利用Hyperworks软件建立主副车架系统有限元分析模型,模拟车架的实际使用工况,对该车架的极限弯曲工况和扭转工况进行仿真分析,并通过相应的实车试验验证有限元模型的准确性。在此基础上,首先利用Optistruct软件对副车架矩形管的厚度进行尺寸优化,并提出斜支撑加强板的设计新方案,从箱体型设计改进成槽钢型。结果表明:副车架轻量化设计不仅在结构强度上满足设计的要求,而且最终使副车架的结构总质量减轻了120 kg,达到了轻量化10%的预订设计目标。By a more reliable lightweight design method, it has achieved the lightweight design of concrete truck mixer subframe. Hyperworks software was used to creat a finite element model of the whole frame system and simulate the actual frame working conditions. It Analyzed the limited bending and twisting conditions of the subframe system based on the established finite element analysis ( FEA ) modeh In addition,the FEA model had been verified that it was valid and effective to simulate the real conditions by the real concrete truck electrical tests. On this basis, this paper refered to optimize the rectangular tube' s thickness and the reinforced plates of the subframe structure firstly by the Optistruct software. Meanwhile, reinforced plates were designed to the new structure of channel steel type. According to the analysis results, it not only ensures the mechanical design requirements of strength characteristic, but also aehievs the weight-light design goal to reduce the total subframe mass about 120kg, and was up to 10% weight-light design target at the end of this light-weight process.
