摘　　要：随着医学教育规模的扩大和卫生机构改革的深化,高职医学生就业难的问题日益凸显。本文主要探讨影响医学毕业生下基层创业的因素,分析高职医学生下基层创业的可行性,从而提出相应的对策建议。With the expansion of medical education and the deepening of the reform of health institutions, the problem of difficult employment for the higher vocational medical students is increasingly prominent. This article mainly discusses the factors that have an impact on grass-roots entrepreneurship of higher vocational medical students, analyses the feasibility of their grass-roots entrepreneurship, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
