摘　　要：高等职业教育国际化是我国教育改革与发展的必然要求。经济全球化进一步强化了我国教育国际化的发展趋势。我国高等职业教育国际化虽取得了丰硕的成果,但也存在各种问题和阻碍。高等职业教育国际化,要充分发挥政府主导作用,建立我国高等职业教育国际化原则,建设高水平的国际化师资队伍,开展跨国合作办学,走出一条具有中国特色的办学之路。Internationalization of higher vocational education is the necessity for educational reform and developm ent. E conom ic globalization further enhances developm ent of educational internationalization. T hough internationalization of higher vocational education achieves great accom plishm ents, it has various problem s and obstacles. Internationalization of higher vocational education should give full play to the governm ent leading role, establish principles of internationalization of C hinese higher vocational education, construct the teaching staff w ith a high level of internationalization, carry out international cooperation in running schools, and find out a road w ith C hinese characteristics.
