高职制药类专业校企合作问题及对策

摘　　要：高职毕业生的技能应与行业企业所需的技能合理对接,体现职业特点,所以开展校企合作尤为重要。但目前国家宏观制度,校企双方观念、利益及合作运行机制等方面存在的问题严重制约着校企合作进展。只有在国家立法的支持下,建立长效合作机制,创新合作模式,拓宽校企合作领域,提高企业参与职业教育的热情,才能真正使校企合作落到实处,培养出符合社会需求的实用型人才。T he higher vocational graduates should have skills that suitthedem and of enterprises, reflect the professional characteristics, and it is im portant to conduct college-enterprise cooperation. But the problems in national macro system , and ideas, interest and operation mechanism of colleges and enterprises have seriously restricted the progress. Only with the support of national legislation, the establishm ent of long-term cooperation mechanism , innovating cooperation modes, broadening the areas of the cooperation betw een colleges and enterprise, and im proving the enthusiasm of the enterprises to participate in vocational education, can college-enterprise cooperation be put into practice, and practical talents suitable for social dem and be cultivated.
