摘  要:高等师范性院校是培养当今社会各类教师的摇篮。教育实习是培养学生向教师转型的重要环节。本文以体育教育专业学生教育实习为例,调查了解体育专业学生在教育实习中存在的实际问题,就组织教学能力、班主任工作能力、社会交际能力三个方面进行分析,为加速高校体育教育实习改革,提高体育教育专业人才培养水平提出相应对策。The higher normal colleges and universities is the cradle of cultivating teachers in current society. Teaching practice is an important part of transforming the students into the teachers. Taking the students majoring in physical education as an example,the practical problems during teaching practice were investigated in this paper; three kinds of abilities as teaching organization,working as class supervisors,and social communication were analyzed as well. The aim of this research is to accelerate the reform of teaching practice for the Physical Education in the universities,and to put forward corresponding countermeasures for improving the training level of physical education talents.
