摘 要:为了解健美操课程不同选项课教学模式对于学生身心健康的影响以及形体塑造效果情况,采用教学实验等方法,并对实验前后学生身体各测量指标进行统计分析,发现不同教学模式间在多项指标上存在非常明显差异。其中在体质健康指标,如肺活量指数、坐位体前屈、仰卧起坐、台阶试验以及体形指标,如胸围、腰围、臀围等方面差异最为明显,表现为传统选项课教学模式利于形体塑造,健身会所教学模式利于身体机能和素质提高,教学中应根据学生实际身体条件和需求进行针对性教学。To realize the true value of different teaching modes on the student’s body fitness and body shape.With the methods of teaching emperiment,statistics,etc.and found that there were obvious differences between the two different teaching modes.Especially on physical fitness indexes such as index of vital capacity,crook before the seat body,situp,step test,etc.And there were obvious differences on body shape indexes too,such as the chest circumference,waist circumference,and hip circumference,etc.Which mainly manifested that the tradition optional course was good at the body shape of college students,and the modified fitness club was good at the body fitness.So the current teaching should do on the basis of the students’ true body and need.
