地方高校特色学科建设策略研究——以浙江省为例

摘　　要：地方高校的学科建设应坚持特色发展,与地方经济社会发展有机结合,为地方服务。以浙江省为例,分析了地方高校在学科建设中人才队伍建设、资源配置、人文环境建设等方面存在的问题,指出问题产生的根源是定位不准、学科特色不鲜明,提出了"以突出特色为中心,以立足地方、面向需求为根本,增强特色学科辐射力为保障"的基本思路,并提出了地方高校在学科建设特色化发展中可采取的举措。The discipline construction in local colleges must insist characteristic development and or- ganically combine with local economic and social development to serve the local places. Taking Zhejiang Province for example, this paper analyzes problems of local colleges in such aspects of talent team construction, resource allocation and cultural environment construction, points out the root causes of the problems （i. e. inaccurate orientation and non-distinct discipline characteristics） and proposes the basic thought of ＂regarding highlighting characteristics as the center, being based on local places and demands and taking enhancement of characteristic discipline influence as the guarantee＂ as well as the measures to develop characteristic discipline construction in local colleges.
