摘　　要：基于系统动力学方法的基本原理,构建IT能力与联盟绩效的因果关系模型,并应用Vensim PLE软件进行系统仿真,验证IT能力对联盟绩效影响的灵敏性。结果表明,该模型能够较好的拟合现实中IT能力和联盟绩效的相互关系,并能为组织运用IT能力提升联盟绩效提供有效的量化依据。The research on the relationship between IT capability and alliance performance is rare at present and lacks sci-entific methods.In view of the facts,this paper analyzes the relationship between the IT capability and alliance perform-ances by system dynamics model.This causality relation is simulated by Vensim PLE.The simulating results validate the sensitivity of IT capability affecting alliance performance.The results show that this model can fit their relationship effec-tively,which provide the quantitative basis for organization to improve the alliance performance by using IT capability.
