摘 要:目的探讨ICU护士科研能力水平及其与工作压力源、工作倦怠的关系。方法采用护理人员一般情况调查表、护理人员科研能力自评量表、工作压力源量表和工作倦怠量表对181名ICU护士进行调查。结果ICU护士中,96.7%科研能力处于中低水平;72.4%工作压力处于中重度水平;工作倦怠中,71.8%护士情绪衰竭、81.8%工作冷漠感处于高度水平,工作成就感全部处于低水平。科研能力与工作压力源、工作倦怠呈负相关(均P<0.01)。结论ICU护士科研能力偏低,科研能力与工作压力源、工作倦怠呈负相关,提示管理者应采取合理措施降低职业压力、减轻工作倦怠,以利于提高科研水平。Objective To describe scientific research ability of ICU nurses and the relationship with job stress and job burnout. MethodsA total of 181 ICU nursing staff were investigated by using the demographic questionnaire, scientific research ability self- evaluation rating scale, Nursing Job Stressor Inventory (NJSI), and Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). Results Of ICU nurses, 96.7% of them showed poor research ability, and 72.4% of them experienced moderate to high job stress. About 71.8% nurses reported emotional exhaustion; 81.8% reported high depersonalization; and all of them reported poor personal accomplishment. Their scientific research ability was negatively correlated with job stress and job burnout(P〈0.01 for both). Conclusion ICU nur- sesr research ability is somewhat at a low level, and it has a negative correlation with job stress and job burnout. Nursing managers should take reasonable measures to reduce nursest occupational stress, alleviate their job burnout, thus to improve the level of scientific research.
