摘　　要：高校实验技术人员是教学、科研队伍的重要组成部分，与教师一样肩负着培养人才的任务。知识日新月异的今天，实验技术人员在新时代必须具备多方面的能力，教学、科研、常用仪器的使用、维护和保养能力；实验室的建设与管理能力；指导实验所必须的实验技术操作能力；计算机、多媒体运用教学、实验管理的能力等。还必须不断学习，努力提高业务水平，提高学历层次，才能更好的为教学、科研服务。University laboratory technicians who shoulder the task of training talents play important roles in teaching and scientific research. As knowledge changes every day, the tectmicians have to be equipped with various abilities at the new age, such as teaching , scientific research, using and maintaining common instmments; consmction and management of laboratory; the abilities of operating experiments needed while instructing; applying computers multimedia and so on, tn order to serve for teaching and scientific research better, they must keep learning and improving service level as well as education degree.
