西部地区高等职业教育资源配置比较研究

摘　　要：西部高等职业教育的快速发展,在一定程度上引发了区域高职教育资源的竞争矛盾。运用比较分析的方法研究发现,西部高等职业教育区域发展不均衡、办学条件差异明显、经费投入不足、专业结构不尽合理、优质课程资源较少、师资队伍相对薄弱。为解决这些问题,应进一步优化人力、物力、财力资源配置,积极搭建高职教育的共建共享平台。With the rapid development of higher vocational education in the western region, the regional conflicts are caused by competition of vocational education resources. By comparative analysis method, the studies find that higher voca- tional education development in the western region is not balanced, school conditions are significantly different, the fund- ing is shortage, the professional structure is irrational, the high-quality curriculum resources are fewer, the teaching staff is relatively weak. Comparative studies should be made to further optimize the human, material and financial resources al- location, actively to share platform to build vocational education, and to achieve rapid, healthy and sustainable develop- ment of the western strategy of higher vocational education.
