摘　　要：专业学位硕士研究生就业指导工作是一项复杂的系统工程,需要多方共同协作配合。通过问卷调查分析,针对专业学位硕士研究生的就业现状及就业指导过程中存在的问题,构建了针对专业学位硕士研究生就业指导的"蝴蝶模式",该模式不仅仅局限从高校内部探讨专业学位硕士研究生就业指导,而且将之放到整个高等教育的大环境中来思考,强调多方主体协调努力、全程指导,以期为专业学位硕士研究生的顺利就业提供帮助。The employment guidance for professional degree postgraduates is a complex systematic project, which requires multi-coordination and multi-cooperation. Based on a survey analysis of the present situation and existent problems in the professional degree postgraduates＇ employment guidance, the authors of this study have constructed a Butterfly Model. It highlights the importance of multi-coordination and comprehensive guidance, which is to be conducted within the entire higher education system rather than in only one university. It is designed to provide help for the professional degree postgraduates to get employed successfully.
