摘　　要：课程计划对课程目标、课程结构、学科设置、课程内容及评价要求等均有详细描述。2013年9月,英国教育部公布了2014年基础教育国家课程计划框架文件。该课程计划具有鲜明特点,英国基础教育课程在保证国家统控的同时更强调学校的自由发展;课程目标在于帮助学生成为有教育素养的公民,为未来生活做好准备;核心学科与基础学科具有不同要求;学科教学内容要求简约明了。The rationale, aims, structure, subjects, content and assessment of the curriculum are generally described in detail in curriculum planning. In September 2013, the British Department for Education issued the National Curriculum in England. Framework Document. The curriculum planning has the following distinguishing characteristics. Basic education in England is under the control of the government on the one hand and has the freedom to develop itself on the other; the national curriculum aims at fostering students to be educated citizens and preparing them for future life; the structure of the curriculum is classified in legal terms as ＂core＂ and ＂other foundation＂ subjects and they have respective requirements; the requirements of teaching content for each subject are concise and clear.
