摘  要:信息技术与教育教学的深度融合已经成为一种必然的趋势。在开放大学转型和纵深发展的关键时期,课程资源建设仍然是一个重要课题。云南开放大学在长期的办学实践中形成了开展远程开放教育和全日制高职教育的双重办学模式。为了实现远程开放教育与全日制高职教育在教学、管理、资源、课程、平台等方面的共享和综合利用,云南开放大学紧紧围绕提高远程教育服务与质量、推进全日制高职人才培养与教学模式改革创新、推进完全学分制改革等重大问题,以课程资源建设为抓手,以内容的模块化和一体化为原则,设计出网络课程、课程学习包、手机课、视频公开课和精品资源共享课五种互为补充、互为递进的课程资源,最终升级建设成立体化的课程资源体系。立体化课程资源体系的统筹建设有利于实现开放大学双模式办学的优势互补和共赢发展。As the integration of information technology and education has become an irresistible trend, the construction of curriculum resources still plays an important role during the critical period of open universities" transforming and upgrading. Yunnan Open University has developed a double mode for school running which means launching the distance open education and the full-time higher vocational education at the same time. In order to ensure the sharing and comprehensive use of several aspects between the distance open education and the full-time higher vocational education, such as the teaching, the management, curriculum resources, the courses, the platform and so on, Yunnan Open University has made progress in establishing the three-dimensional course resources system, by integrating network courses, course packages, M-Learning courses, video courses and resource sharing courses together, focusing on promoting the distance education quality, propelling the teaching and personnel training innovation of full-time higher vocational education, advancing the full credit innovation. The coordination and establishment of the three-dimensional resources system is conductive to the complementary advantages and the win-win development for the double-mode school running of open universities.
