摘 要:随着信息技术的发展,在线学习因其灵活、便捷等特点成为信息时代的一种重要学习手段。促进学习者实现较高水平的交互是提高在线学习质量的关键之一。然而现实的在线学习(尤其是异步交互的在线学习)交互效果并不理想。各类在线学习中的观望者和逃避者较少或根本不参加在线学习,教学交互的实现水平也显著低于积极参与者。通过社会网络分析法对一个基于微博的在线学习社区中社会性交互进行分析发现,"微博点名"活动能够显著促进在线学习交互,尤其是学习者之间的交互。"微博点名"活动的规则、微博交流方便快捷的特点,以及活动本身的趣味性是促进在线学习交互的原因。"微博点名"适合设计类和创作型学习实践活动。开展"微博点名"和基于微博的在线学习活动时,教师应营造良好的在线学习环境,发挥核心学习者的作用,引导边缘学习者积极参与,促进学习团体的形成和建设,同时应注意引导学生反思,提高交互质量。With the development of information technology, online learning, which is flexible and convenient,has become an important way of learning in the information age. One of the keys to improving the quality of online learning is to stimulate students to achieve high-level interaction. However, the effect of interaction is not so satisfactory in actual online learning activities, especially for asynchronous online learning. Those who shy away from various online learning either seldom participate in activities, or do not participate at all, and the effect of their interaction is significantly lower than that of active participants. The study analyzes the social interaction in a microblog-based online learning community by social network analysis, producing the result that "roll call in microblog" significantly promotes the interaction of online learning, especially the interaction between learners. The rules and interestingness of the activity, along with the convenience of microblog communication, contribute to promoting the online learning interaction. "Roll call in microblog" is suitable to be used in learning activities with characteristics of designing and creativity. In these activities, teachers should create a good online learning environment, bring the role of core learners into play, guide inactive learners to participate actively, and promote the formation and construction of learning communities. Meanwhile, teachers should pay attention to guiding students to reflect on the learning activities so as to enhance the quality of interaction.
