摘　　要：道德生活化是古人留存的道德建设的大智慧,其哲学基础是"非普遍主义"。道德生活化是将道德的基本要求融入人们的日常生活之中,使之转化为人们的日常生活习惯和基本生活方式。当道德成为生活方式,道德行为成为理所当然,道德建设也就在日常生活中不动声色地得到了实现。道德生活化的实质是"以规则促习惯"。为此,要承认民间规约及其多样性和差异性,大力倡导发挥社会组织及学校在道德建设中的重要作用。The moral adaptation is the moral reconstruction big wisdom which the ancient preserves. The philo sophical foundation is ＂non universalism＂. The moral adaptation is requests the morals to integrate basically during the people daily life and translates into people＇s everyday habits and way of life. When morality be comes lifestyle, the moral behavior becomes naturally, The moral reconstruction also on calmly obtains the re alization in every day the daily life. The moral adaptation essence is＂presses the custom by the rule＂. There fore, We need to acknowledge that civil statute. We should give acknowledgment folk terms of an agreement multiplicity and difference. We should vigorously advocate play a social organization in ethical construction important role, prominent play an important role in the moral life of the school.
