亲友健康管理在医学生综合素质培养中的实践与探索

摘　　要：为了推动全民健康进程,实现卓越医生培养计划目标,本文对亲友健康管理在医学生专业知识、临床技能、人文关怀等方面的促进作用进行分析基础上,探讨了实施医学生亲友健康管理的路径与策略。提出亲友健康管理应以建立亲友健康档案为基础,辅以其他教学方式,并结合医学生实际情况开展亲友健康管理宣传工作,构建亲友健康管理网络平台等措施,以有效促进医学生自主学习、研究性学习,从而为医学院校培养医学生临床思维能力,树立人文关怀思想,提升综合素质提供借鉴。In order to promote universal health process, to achieve excellent physician training program objectives, we discussed the paths and strategies of Relatives and Friends Health Management based on the analysis of incentive role of Relatives and Friends Health Management for medical students＂ expertise knowledge, clinical skills and humanistic concerns. We purposed Relatives and Friends Health Management should be based on the establishment of health relative and friend＇s records, supplemented by other teaching methods, combined with the actual situation of medical students to carry out propaganda work for the management. A health management network platform should be built to promote medical student＇s ability of self - learning and research. Thus, we can offer references for medical colleges to cultivate medical students＇clinical thinking a- bility, establish humanistic concern thought, and enhance the overall quality of student.
