摘 要:目的:探讨影响我国居民食品安全的相关因素,分析应对食品卫生质量安全问题的措施和方法。方法:由调查小组工作人员设计调查问卷,选取16个省市的550位居民进行问卷调查,其中有效问卷400份。在问卷调查基础之上,采用描述性统计和因子分析法对食品安全的影响因素进行分析。结果:通过本次研究发现,影响我国居民食物安全的主要相关因素是:化学性因素、物理性因素、制度性因素、生物性因素、保健食品以及转基因食品等。结论:食品安全是社会焦点问题,其直接关系着人们的生命安全,根据本文研究结果,相关部门应从食品安全主要影响因素的角度出发,加强食品安全控制,以保障居民食品安全。[Objective] To investigate the related factors of residents' food safety in China, and analyze the measures of food quality and safety problems. [Method] A total of 550 residents in 16 provinces and cities were conducted with a questionnaire survey in which 400 valid questionnaires were obtained. Based on the questionnaire survey, descriptive statistics and factors analysis were used to study the influencing factors of food safety. [Result] Through the research discovery, main factors affecting the food safety in China were chemical factors, physical factors, institutional factors, biological factors, health food and genetically modified food and so on. [Conclusion] Food safety was the focus issue for the public, which was directly related to the safety of people's life. According to the results of this study, the related depart- ments should take some measures to strengthen food safety control in the view of these influening factors.
