摘　　要：自台湾塑化剂事件之后,塑化剂备受关注,现已成为食品行业的又一大安全隐患。较全面对塑化剂进行了剖析,针对塑化剂的来源、危害、检测方法等方面进行了阐述,避免塑化剂对人类健康的危害。Since Taiwan plasticizer, much attention has been paid to plasticizer. It has already become a big security risk in the food industry. In order to avoid harm to the health of human beings, plasticizer is comprehensively analyzed, including how the plasticizer to enter the food, its harms, detection methods and so on.
