摘　　要：近年来,国内外对于茶叶中氟的研究主要集中在茶树对氟的吸收、富集和转运氟的特征,以及茶叶中氟的浸出规律和安全性分析等方面。本文主要从茶叶中氟含量及其氟浸出率等方面进行综述,以期对茶叶中氟的相关研究提供一定参考。At present, the research on fluorine in tea is mainly focusing on absorption of fluorine on tea plants, enrichment and transport characteristics of fluorine, and leaching rules and safety analysis of fluorine. This paper aims to descript fluorine content in tea and leaching rate of fluorine to provide some references for the correlation study of fluorine in tea.
