校企合作创新网络发展对策研究

摘　　要：校企合作创新网络是国家创新系统的重要组成部分,是实现创新型国家建设的重要路径。为强化校企合作创新,发展具有实质意义的合作创新网络,需要从网络发展理念、发展目标、发展形态、发展路径等多个方面进行努力,形成有助于网络构建、运行、持久与优化的发展环境。发展理念上,应适应时代发展主题,深化协同创新思想;发展目标上,应主动承担创新型国家建设的重任,成为国家创新系统的核心网络;发展形态上,依据创新理论与实践发展范式的转变,实现创新网络向创新生态网络转变;发展路径上,应紧密结合技术创新活动的时代特征及地区技术经济发展需求,采取开放式的道路模式。University-Enterprise Cooperative Innovation Network is important part of the national innovation system and important path for the construction of innovative country. In order to strengthening University-Enterprise Cooperative Innovation and developing meaningful innovation networks, various efforts from the network development ideas, network development goals, network development patterns and network development path. As far as development ideas is concerned, should be adapted to the development theme of the times, to deepen＆quot;collaborative innovation＆quot;ideas. As for the development goals, should take the initiative to undertake the important task of innovational nation-building, becoming the core network of national innovation systems. As to the development patterns, basing on the changes of innovation paradigm, shifting from innovative networks to ＆quot;innovative ecological network＆quot;. In terms of the development patterns, combined with the new characteristics of technological innovation activities and the needs of the region economic development, taking the＆quot;open innovation＆quot;mode.
