摘  要:医德教育是医学教育极其重要的内容,它和智育教育一起为高等医学院校培养和造就高素质医学人才提供了保障。文章通过对现阶段我国高等医学院校医德教育现状及存在问题的分析,将协同理论引入高等医学院校医德教育中,整合各种教育教学资源,并以高校教师为主导,携手社会教育工作者和医学生协同搭建医德教育模型,探讨实施医德教育的有效措施和策略,以期推进我国高等医学教育目标的优化和实现。Medical ethics education is a vital part in medical education. It, together with intellectual education, ensures the training of highly qualified personnel in medical colleges and universities. The paper analyzes the present situation and the problems of medical education at medical colleges and universities in our country. Then it introduces the synergy theory in medical ethics education, integrates all kinds of teaching resources, and builds the cooperative medical ethics education model with teachers playing the leading role and educators and students working in coordination. It explorers effective measures and tactics to carry out medical ethics education with the hope of promoting the optimization and realization of the goal of medical education.
