摘  要:皮肤长期暴露在自然界各种物理、化学的环境中,容易诱发不同的皮肤疾病和癌变。而紫外线则是导致皮肤免疫抑制、光老化和肿瘤生长的主要外界因素。绿茶的主要成分是茶多酚,饮用绿茶和局部外擦绿茶多酚可保护皮肤,并在抗氧化、免疫调节、化学预防等方面发挥强大功效。绿茶和绿茶多酚使用经济方便,且安全有效,是防止紫外线照射导致皮肤损伤的重要预防措施,并且是较为有效的防治光源性皮肤损伤的方法之一。Skin is frequently exposed to a variety of physical and chemical factors exist in the environment, which maybe act as the inducers of different skin diseases and cancers. Ultraviolet irradiation(UVR) is the main external stress that leads to immunosuppression, photoaging, and carcinogenesis of the skin tissue. Polyphenols is the main component of green tea that play a important role in the aspects of anti-oxidation, immunosuppression, and chemical prevention so as to provide protection for the skin. Drinking or topically applying green tea or polyphenols are convenient, effective and safe, these are not only the important preventive measures for skin damage caused by ultraviolet irradiation, but also the promising approaches to prevent and treat skin photo-damage.
