帕利哌酮治疗流浪精神分裂症患儿阴性症状的效果

摘　　要：目的观察帕利哌酮治疗流浪精神分裂症患儿阴性症状的疗效。方法选择我院收治的流浪精神分裂症儿童28例作为研究对象,治疗开始时对患儿的各种阴性症状进行阴性症状评定量表(SANS)评估后使用帕利哌酮进行治疗,疗程6个月,并在治疗各阶段对临床疗效进行评定对比。结果入组时流浪精神分裂症儿童在SANS 5项因子(思维贫乏;情感平淡或迟钝;意志缺乏/情感淡漠;兴趣缺乏/社交缺乏,注意损害)均处于高分值水平(12.3±1.1,10.4±1.6,14.7±1.0,9.4±1.2,11.8±1.5);经帕利哌酮治疗后患儿各项阴性症状逐渐缓解,治疗结束时5项因子分值与治疗初比较有显著改善(t=29.25,15.66,22.61,17.54,24.57;P<0.01)。结论帕利哌酮能显著改善流浪精神分裂症儿童各种严重的阴性症状。Objective To observe effects of paliperidone on treatment to street children ＇s negative symptoms with schizophrenia . Methods 28 street children with schizophrenia were selected as research object .Patients＇negative symptoms were evaluated by SANS at the beginning and treated by Paliperidone for 6 months.Clinical curative effects were contrasted at each stages .Results The children＇s five components（thought poverty;emotional insipid or dull;will lack /emotional indifference;interest/social lack;pay attention damage） of SANS were all in high score level （12.3 ±1.1;10.4 ±1.6;14.7 ±1.0;9.4 ±1.2;11.8 ±1.5）;Each negative symptoms had gradual-ly eased after treated by paliperidone .The scores of five components had significantly improved at end of treatment compared with the be -ginning（t=29.25,15.66,22.61,17.54,24.57;P〈0.01）.Conclusion It can significantly improve street children＇s negative symp-toms with schizophrenia by paliperidone .
