摘　　要：振兴民族的希望在教育，振兴教育的希望在教师。我国拥有世界上人数最多、规模最大的农村教师队伍，农村教师对促进农村社会经济发展、加速中国教育的可持续发展都有重大意义。但随着农村经济和教育事业的不断发展，我国农村教师队伍建设的潜在问题越来越突出的表现出来。因此，积极探求解决农村教师队伍建设潜在问题的有效对策，既是一个重大的理论课题，更是一个具有重大现实意义的实践课题。The hope of revitalization of the nation in education, the hope of revitalizing education in teachers. Our country has the world＇s largest, the largest rural teachers, rural teachers in promoting rural social and economic development, accelerate the sustainable development of China＇s education has great significance. But with the continuous development of rural economy and education undertakings, the potential of the rural teachers team construction in our country is becoming more and more prominent. Therefore, actively explore some effective measures to solve the potential problem of rural teachers team construction, is not only an important theoretical subject, it is a subject has important practical significance of practice.
