摘  要:目的探讨情景模拟教学在放射科护生带教中的应用效果。方法在2009年-2012年探讨性的将情景模拟教学方式应用于放射科护生的临床实习之中,首先模拟设计一般检查流程、典型病例检查流程,再根据设计方案进行教师演示和学生演练,并提出思考问题,测试学生解决问题的能力。结果实习护生对我科的教学满意度达到99%,考试成绩合格率达到100%,患者满意度达到95%,临床带教老师的满意度达到97%,对影像知识回答的正确率达到98%。结论情景模拟教学可以提高放射科护生的学习兴趣和对专科理论、专科技能的掌握程度,是一种较好的放射科护生培训方法。Objective To discuss application effects of scene sinmlation teaching in nursing student teaching of radiology department. Methods Scene simulation teaching was applied to clinical practice of nursing student of radiology department from 20(19 to 2012. First we designed general inspection process and typical cases, then proceed teacher demonstration and student exercise according to the designed scheme. Then tested students' ability to solve problems, Results Department of radiology practice nursing students' satisfaction reached 99%, clinical teachering satisfaction reached 97%, patients satisfaction reached 95%, the correct answer rate image knowledge reached 98%. Conclusion Scene simulation teaching can extend the radiology nursing students' learning interests, professional theory and professional skill, that made it a better training method.
