摘　　要：目的初步了解广州市荔湾区茶叶批发市场普洱茶的黄曲霉毒素B1污染状况,为茶叶卫生安全管理提供科学依据。方法从荔湾区茶叶批发市场销售的茶叶样品中随机抽取普洱茶140份,用免疫亲和柱净化-酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)进行黄曲霉毒素B1含量检测。结果共检测普洱茶样品140份,检出阳性8份。其中普洱熟茶82份,检出阳性6份,普洱生茶58份,检出阳性2份,所有检出阳性的茶叶样品的黄曲霉毒素B1含量均<5μg/kg。结论荔湾区茶叶批发市场销售的普洱茶存在一定程度的黄曲霉毒素B1污染。Objective To investigate the contamination of aflatoxinB1 （AFB1） in Purr tea from tea wholesale market of Liwan district of Guangzhou, and provide scientific information and data for health and safety management of tea. Methods One hun- dred and forty Purr tea samples were randomly collected from tea wholesale market of Liwan district to detect the AFB1 content by immunoaffinity column purification - enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results Among the 140 Pu＇er tea samples, AFB1 was detected in 8 samples, including 6 samples from 82 fermented teas and 2 samples from 58 raw teas. The AFB1 levels were all less than 5 μg/kg in the 8 positive samples. Conclusion Pu＇er teas were contaminated with AFB1 to some extent in tea wholesale market of Liwan district.
