摘 要:目的通过对海产品副溶血性弧菌(vibrio parahaemolyticus,VP)血清群、毒力基因、耐药性检测,了解三亚市海产品VP污染程度及血清群分布、毒力基因和耐药状况。方法参照GB/T4789.7-2008规范检验,采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测毒力基因,K-B琼脂纸片扩散法做药敏试验。结果 208份海产品检出60份,分属9个血清群,所有VP均未携带tdh、trh,全携带tlh。38份患者分离株分属4个血清群,全携带tlh,未携带trh,36株携带tdh,占94.74%。76株药敏结果显示,对氨基糖苷类和喹诺酮类抗生素高度敏感。结论三亚市海产品VP血清群分布多样性,贝壳类受VP污染较严重,对氨基糖苷类和喹诺酮类抗生素高度敏感;海产品VP均未携带tdh和trh,患者分离株以O4、O3血清群为主,患者与海产品分离株关联性不大,需继续加强对VP监测及耐药性研究。Objective To understand the pollution levels, major serotype distribution, virulence genes and drug resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in seafood. Methods Vibrio parahaemolyticus were isolated from seafood according to GB/T4789.7 - 2008 for biochemical identification and serotyping. Virulence genes were tested by real - time fluorescent quantitative PCR, and the drug resistance of these Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates were tested by KB agar disk diffusion method. Results Sixty sea- food samples were found Vibrio parahaemolyticus in 208 seafood samples, and these Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates belonged to 9 serotypes. No tdh and trh genes were detected in the isolates, while tlh gene was positive in all the isolates. There were 4 se- rotypes in 38 Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates from patients, which were all found carrying tlh gene, not carrying trh, and tdh was detected in 36 strains, accounting for 94.74%. Drug susceptibility results showed 76 isolates were highly sensitive to aminoglycoside and quinolones antibiotics. Conclusion Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates showed diverse serotype distribution in seafood of Sanya, and they were highly sensitive to aminoglycoside and quinolones antibiotics. Shellfish was seriously contaminated by Vibrio parahaemolyticus. No tdh and trh gene was detected in Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates from seafood, and those from the patients were mainly 03 and 04 serotypes. There was no significant correlation between Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates from the patient and seafood. Monitoring and drug resistance analysis of the Vibrio parahaemolyticus should further be strengthened.
