摘 要:目的了解潍坊市部分食品铝污染状况。方法按GB/T5009.182-2003铬天青S分光光度法检测,卫生评价按GB2760-2011进行。结果 2013年共采集8类食品192份,合格67份,合格率为34.9%。其中油条、馒头、海蜇、粉条类、膨化食品、糕点类、油饼、紫菜的合格率分别为3.8%、56.0%、0.0%、47.1%、72.0%、60.9%、33.3%、100.0%。结论潍坊市部分食品铝污染严重,相关部门应加强监督监测。Objective To investigate the situation of aluminum contamination in Weifang. Methods Chromazurine S spectrophotometry was adopted for determination of aluminum content according to GB/T 5009.182-2003.and make a healthy evaluation based on the GB2760-2011. Results The 192 samples in all 8 kinds of foods were collected,the 67 samples were qualified,and the qualified rate was 34.9%.The qualified rates respectively were 3.8%,56.0%,0.0%,47.1%,72.0%,60.9%,33.3% and 100.0% in the sample of deep-fried twisted dough sticks,steamed buns,jellyfish,vermicelli,puffed food,pastry,oil cake and laver. Conclusions The hygiene supervision and monitoring should be strengthened because of the seriously pollution of aluminum in certain kinds of foods in Weifang.
