摘　　要：目的:检测EGFR在腺样囊性癌中的表达强度,为治疗腺样囊性癌提供分子靶向依据。方法:应用免疫组化技术,在光镜下对腺样囊性癌细胞计数,进行图像分析,观察EGFR表达情况,计算阳性细胞率,统计数据分析。结果:腺样囊性癌免疫组化染色切片的光镜高倍视野中,检测到EGFR阳性表达,阳性表达组和阴性对照组之间统计学分析存在着明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论:EGFR在腺样囊性癌中高表达。Objective：To study the expression of EGFR in salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma（Acc）.It provides the basis for molecular targeted therapy of adenoid cystic carcinoma.Methods：S-P immunohistochemical method was used to examine the EGFR in ACC,ACC was counted and imaged analysis in the light microscope under high power field.Results：Positive expression of EGFR was detected in the high power microscopic views of immunohistochemical staining slice on adenoid cystic carcinoma.The expression of EGFR between positive group and negative control group had an obvious difference in statistical analysis.Conclusion：EGFR was highly expressed in adenoid cystic carcinoma.
