导师主导的校企合作研究生培养模式的探索

摘　　要：导师主导型的校企合作模式,是指研究生导师作为合作的主体,与高科技企业进行科研合作、搭建科研合作平台,研究生作为导师的科研助手参与企业研发工作,是实践中出现的一种校企合作的新形式。这种新型的校企合作模式顺应了国民经济发展的需要,同时又为研究生的科技创新提供了基础和广阔空间。作者结合自身与企业合作培养研究生的经历,阐述了建立导师主导型的校企合作模式的意义,开展了在新模式下培养研究生的效果观察,提出了实施该模式的几点建议和所需的制度保障。School-enterprise cooperation of instructor-leading model,refers to the graduate tutor as the subject of cooperation, cooperating with high-tech enterprises to build cooperation plat-form of scientific research, graduate student as research assistant of tutors in enterprise development, is a new form of school-en-terprise cooperation in practice. This new mode of cooperation not only conforms to the need of national economic development, but also provides graduate the foundation and broad space for the in-novation of science and technology.According to the experiences, the author elaborated significance establishing School-enterprise cooperation of instructor-leading model, carried out postgraduate training and observed effect in the new model, put forward the implementation suggestions of the mode and the required institu-tional guarantee.
