摘　　要：实施"卓越工程师教育培养计划"是建设高水平应用型大学在人才培养方面的具体表现。根据"卓越计划"的具体要求,并结合"C++程序设计"理论教学和实践教学的特点,探讨该课程的教学模式,以达到"卓越计划"的培养目标。Implementing the outstanding engineers plans is the specific performance on talent development for high levels of applied university. Based on the specific requirements and the characteristics of theory teaching and practice teaching on C＋＋ pro-gram design, the teaching model is discussed, which aims to realize the training target for outstanding engineers plans.
