以培养实用性人才为目标 加强医学微生物学的实验教学改革

摘　　要：目的:通过加强医学微生物学的实验教学改革,提高学生的创新意识和科研思维,培养实用性人才。方法:通过对医学微生物学实验教学的现状进行分析,研究实验教学改革的重要性,从改革实验内容、教学方式、实验考核等几个方面出发,加强医学微生物学实验教学的改革,从而加强培养医学实用性人才。结果:通过加强医学微生物学的实验教学改革,提高了实验教学质量和效果,对医学学生的实践能力和创新能力的培养具有促进作用,从而加强了实用性人才的培养。结论:通过加强医学微生物的实验教学改革,能够有效提高学生的创新能力和实践操作能力,在培养实用性人才方面具有重要的作用。Objective：To improve students＇ innovative conscious-ness and scientific research thinking,and cultivate practical tal-ents through strengthening the experimental teaching reform of medical microbiology. Method：Through analyzing the current sit-uation of medical microbiology experimental teaching, the impor-tance of experimental teaching reform is studied, and the teaching reform is strengthened from reforming experiment contents, teaching methods and experiment evaluation, so as to enhance the cultivation of medical practical talents. Result： Through strengthening the experimental teaching reform of medical micro-biology, the quality and effect of experimental teaching were im-proved, which can promote the cultivation of students＇ practical and innovative abilities, thus having enhanced the cul tivation of practical talents. Conclusion： Through strengthening the experi-mental teaching reform of medical microbiology, students＇ inno-vative and practical abilities can be effectively improved, and the reform plays an important role in the cultivation of practical tal-ents.
