摘 要:本文介绍了青梅提取物改善痛风和高尿酸血症的实验,提前对痛风小鼠给予不同剂量的青梅提取物,发现低剂量组可以使小鼠体内的血尿酸含量减少60.3%(p<0.05),给予青梅提取物10d后,痛风小鼠体内血尿酸含量减少49.9%(p<0.01);防治小鼠痛风的青梅提取物最佳剂量为1140mg/kg,在该剂量下小鼠体内的血尿酸含量减少了33.9%(p<0.05)。结论:青梅提取物在1140mg/kg剂量下能显著改善痛风小鼠高尿酸血症。The improvement of Prunus mume extracts for the gout and hyperuricemia was studied in this paper.The gout mice were given different doses of Prunus mume extracts in advance,the results indicated that the Prunus mume extracts in low dose could make the serum uric acid (SUA)levels significantly reduced by 60.3% (p 〈 0.05) in mice.Given Prunus mume extracts for ten days,the SUA in gout mice were reduced by 49.9% ( p 〈 0.01 ) ; 1140mg/kg was the best dose for Prunus mume extracts to prevent the gout in mice.The serum uric acid (SUA) levels significantly was reduced by 33.9% (p 〈 0,05)under this dose. Conclusion: the dose of Prunus mume in 1140mg/kg can significantly improve the gout and hyperuricemia in mice.
