摘　　要：我国中小企业占企业总数的99%,中小企业信息化是国家信息化的重要组成部分,是工业化和信息化"两化"融合的重要内容。大力推动中小企业信息化发展,是国家信息化建设与发展的战略需要,也是落实"两化"融合战略方针的需要,还是企业生存与发展的内在要求。以内蒙古中小企业信息化水平调查数据为依据,运用统计和归纳等方法,对中小企业信息化水平现状、存在问题和需求情况进行分析。并针对存在的问题和实际需求,提出中小企业信息化发展对策。SMEs account for 99 percent of Chinals total number of enterprises, SME informatization is an important component of the national in- formatization and an important part of the integration of industrialization and informatization. Vigorously promoting the development of SMEs information is the strategic needs of national informatization construction and development, the requires of implementating strategic approach of integration industrialization and informatization and an inherent requirement of the survival and development of SMEs. Based on survey data of informatization level of SME in Inner Mongolia, discusses and analyzes the status, problems and needs of SME information leve using statistical and inductive methods. While proposes countermeasures of SME informatization and development for questions and needs of SMEs informatization.
