摘　　要：临床实习生安全管理是学校、医院工作的重要内容,通过对当前临床实习生管理现状进行调查研究,重点分析了医院实习生管理面临的挑战和存在的问题。提出新形势下实习生的管理要求,以提高安全意识,坚持预防为主,完善管理机制,强化教育训练,积极开展心理健康教育等措施,建立齐抓共管的安全教育管理体系。The clinical intern safety management is an important content of schools and hospitals. Through the investigation and study on the current status of clinical internship management, we focus on the analysis of the hospital intern management. We put forward a new intern management requirements, in order to improve the safety awareness, adhere to the prevention, improve the management mechanism, strengthen the education and training, and actively carry out mental health education and other measures, establish the safety education and management system of condominium.
