集团研发战略一致性与研发协同关系研究——沟通机制的调节作用

摘　　要：利用165份问卷调查获取的数据资料,研究集团研发战略一致性对研发协同的影响,结果表明:集团研发战略一致性有利于促进母子公司间、子公司间和公司内部的研发协同;考察沟通机制的调节作用发现,沟通机制会弱化研发战略一致性对母子公司间研发协同、子公司间研发协同的正向影响,而在研发战略一致性与公司内部研发协同的关系中调节作用不显著。This paper studies the impact of Group＇s R＆t） strategy consistency on R＆D synergy with sur- vey data from 165 questionnaire. The results show that the Group RSd9 strategy consistency has a significant positive effect between parent and subsidiary companies, between the subsidiaries, and within the company＇s RSd） synergy. The test of regulating effect of communication mechanism within the relationship between strategy consistency and the R＆D synergy shows that communication mechanism significantly adjusts the effect that R＆D strategy consistency plays on Rdd） synergy between the parent and subsidiary companies and R＆D synergy between subsidiaries. And the communication mechanism does not play a significant regulatory role in the relationship between R＆D strategy consistency and the company＇s internal research and devel- opment synergy.
