摘 要:[目的]筛选有效防治木耳害虫的植物源农药。[方法]采用平皿加药法和子实体喷药法,分别研究了印楝素、除虫菊素、鱼藤酮、苦参碱4种植物源农药对木耳菌丝及子实体生长的影响。[结果]在稀释200倍浓度时,4种植物源农药对木耳菌丝抑制作用均较大,且抑制率均随稀释倍数的增大而降低,其中印楝素对木耳菌丝的抑制率最高,苦参碱和除虫菊素其次,鱼藤酮的抑制率相对较低;鱼藤酮对木耳子实体的生长有促进作用。[结论]鱼藤酮可在木耳害虫防治中做进一步研究。[Objective] This research aims to screen out the available botanical pesticides for biological control of Auricularia auricula.[Method] The effects of four botanical pesticides(Azadurachtin,Pyrethrin,Rotenone,Matrine)on the mycelium and fruitbody characteristics of A.auricula were determined by adding pesticides in the cultivate substrate and spraying fruitbody.[Result] When diluted 200 times,four kinds of pesticides on inhibition of mycelium were larger,and all of mycelium inhibition rate with the increase of the dilution ratio became lower.After a detailed analysis,the mycelium inhibition rate of Azadirachtin was the highest,while Rotenone was the lowest; In the spraying fruitbody test,Rotenone was good for the growth of fruitbody of A.auricula.[Conclusion] Rotenone could be further studied on the pests control of A.auricula.
