摘 要:建立了超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)同时测定食品中柠檬黄、新红、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红和亮蓝7种人工合成色素。采用ACQUITY UPLBEHC18柱(50×2.1mm,1.7μm),以0.02mol/L的乙酸铵和甲醇为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速0.3mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为254nm和628nm,用外标法定量。7种合成色素在1~100μg/mL范围有良好的线性关系(r≥0.9994),平均回收率在83.5%~99.9%范围,相对标准偏差为0.57%~2.91%。该法简便、快速、灵敏,结果准确可靠,适用于食品中上述7种人工合成色素的分析。An ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) method for the simultaneous determination of seven synthetic pigments in foods was established in this paper. The samples were separated on a Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column(50×2.1mm,1.7μm) with the mobile phase of methanol and 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate for gradient elution. The flow rate was 0.3 mL/min, column temperature was 30 ℃ and detection wavelength was 254 nm and 628 nm. The content was determined by external standard method. The seven synthetic pigments exhibited excellent linearity over a range of 1~100μg/mL(r≥0. 9994). The average recoveries were between 83.5% and 99.90%, and the relative standard deviations were between 0.57 % and 2.91%. This method is simple,rapid, accurate and reliable, which is suitable for the determination of synthetic pigments in foods.
