体验式体育在高职生心理健康教育中的作用及实现策略

摘　　要：体验式体育在塑造高职生心理品质方面有着十分重要的作用。在塑造高职生健康心理素质时,体验式体育教育目标要着眼于全面拓展性,教育内容设计应"直指人心",教育过程注重"互动性",教育手段强调"体验性",教育效果应特别重视个人静思、小组讨论、集体交流以及教师的讲评总结等。同时,应结合高职生不同的气质类型因材施教,扬长避短,并予以积极引导和干预。The experiential sports plays very important role in shaping the students＇ psychological quality in higher voca- tional education. In shaping the healthy psychological quality of college students, the goal of experiential physical educa- tion should focus on the comprehensive development, education contents design should be ＂directed at the heart＂, educa- tion process should emphasize ＂interactive＂, means of education should emphasize ＂experience＂, the effect of education should pay special attention to persona｜ quiet thinking, group discussion, group communication and evaluation of teachers summary. At the same time, should be combined with students of different temperament types to teach students in accor- dance with their aptitude, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, and give guidance and active intervention.
