摘　　要：针对当前高职软件专业人才培养中遇到的学生批量下企业顶岗实习难、学生项目实践时空受限、教师下企业实践难、聘请优秀兼职教师难等瓶颈问题,深圳信息职业技术学院对软件专业校内实训基地建设进行了系统化探索,在实践教学体系、校内工作室、项目库平台与教学团队等方面进行了创新性建设,有效提升了高素质技能型软件人才培养质量。Aiming at the problems encountered in the current vocational education for software professionals , such as difficulty in organizing large quantities of students to enterprise internships ,the constratints of time and space for the students in project training ,difficulty for teachers in practical enterprise and the difficulty in hiring excellent part-time teachers ,a systematic exploration is conducted in construction for practical teaching and training base , and the innovative construction is proposed for practical teaching system , school workshops ,the project library platform ,the teaching team ,etc .,which has effectively promoted the training quality for applied talents of high quality .
