基于“协同效应”的校企共建校外实践教学基地研究

摘　　要："协同效应"简单说就是"1+1>2"效应,作为有效利用资源的一种方式,目前被广泛应用于企业、经济、管理等领域。为更好地构建实践育人平台,贯彻实践育人,提高应用型创新人才培养质量,研究从"协同"的思维角度出发,对校企共建校外实践教学基地可存在性进行论证,分析校企共建校外实践教学基地的现状,并提出相应的建议。As a way of effective use of resources ,the“Synergy Effect” ,or the“1＋1 ＆gt; 2”effect ,is now widely used in business ,economy ,management and other fields .To better construct the practice teaching platform and implement practical application oriented education to improve the training quality of innovative talents ,this article demonstrates the possible existence of the off campus practice teaching base co constructed by the university and enterprise ,analyzes the current situation of the co constructed off campus practice teaching base ,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions from the perspective of“Synergy Effect ”.
