摘 要:目的:初步评价多学科联合PBL(problem-based learning)教学在口腔医学专业本科学生牙体牙髓病学教学中的效果。方法:以上一年牙体牙髓病学单学科PBL教学效果作为对照组,对比评价多学科联合PBL教学效果。结果:94.3%的学生对多学科PBL教学方式满意,教员评分和理论测试成绩均较上一年提高且存在显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:多学科联合PBL教学有助于学生对牙体牙髓病学及相关学科理论知识的掌握,同时能够培养学生综合全面系统进行临床病例分析的思维能力。Objective To evaluate the effect of multi-disciplinary PBL teaching in the teaching of endodontics to the undergraduate students.Methods The effect of the endodontic PBL teaching in the last year was as the control group.The effect ofmulti-disciplinary PBL teaching was evaluated.Results The 94.3% students were satisfiedwith the effect ofmulti-disciplinary PBL teaching.The scores from the teachers and examination were increased compared with the scores of last year and there were significant difference between the groups (P<0.05).Conclusions Multi-disciplinary PBL teaching is conductive to the mastery of the knowledgeendodontics and related discipline and the training of competence of comprehensive analysis on the clinical cases to the students.
