摘　　要：依据陶行知的"教、学、做合一"理论和教育部《关于大力推进教师教育课程改革的意见》,抚顺师专学前教育专业不断探索"教、学、做一体"的人才培养模式:通过多元智能的人才观,制定了嵌入式人才培养方案;通过工作过程的课程观,探索出"4+1"五位一体的教学模式;遵循行动导向的教学观,"主""辅"教学方法相结合;开展以提高实践能力为重点的多种课外活动;建立以学生职业能力发展为目标的教学评价体系。通过几年的教学实践,取得了较好效果。Based on Tao Xingzhi＇s theory ＂the combination of teaching, learning and doing＂ and ＂opinions on vigorously promoting the teacher education curriculum reform＂ fromthe Ministry of Education, the pre-school education specialty has continuously explored ＂teaching, learning and doing＂ training mode：through the multiple intelligences talent view, it form ulates the embedded talent training scheme, through the curriculumview of working process, it explores the ＂4 ＋ 1＂ five integrated teaching mode;following the action oriented teaching concept, it combines the teaching methods of＂major＂ and ＂secondary＂. It carries out a variety of extracurricular activities with the key point of improving the practical ability;it establishes the teaching evaluation system with the goal of improving students＇ vocational ability. Through several years of teaching practice, it has achieved good results.
