管理安全承诺对员工安全绩效的影响实证研究

摘　　要：人的不安全行为是产生事故的主要原因之一。国外相关实证研究发现管理安全承诺对安全氛围和事故率等变量有一定影响。深入研究管理安全承诺对安全绩效影响的机制对于提高安全管理有效性具有重要意义。本文通过对来自4家民营制造企业的138名员工的问卷调查结果进行Pearson相关分析和回归分析,结果证明管理安全承诺对安全绩效有重要影响。管理层面临的安全与产量目标的矛盾及管理层对违章行为的态度是影响事故和受伤的最为关键的因素,培育管理安全承诺是提高安全绩效的重要手段。Unsafe behavior of workers is one of the main causes of accidents. Empirical studies abroad have found that management commitment to safety has an important role on many variables such as safety climate and accidents rate. In-depth study of mechanisms between management commitment to safety and workers＇ safety is important for improving safety management effectiveness. The paper analyzed effect of management commitment to safety on employees＇ safety performance according to questionnaire investigation on 138 employees in 4 private manufacturing enterprises. Pearson relation analysis and regression analysis results proved that management commitment to safety has an important effect on employees＇ safety performance; trade-off of safety and production and managers＇ attitude towards rule violation are key elements. It is necessary to improve safety performance by means of cultivating management commitment to safety.
