摘　　要：目的研究苦菜总黄酮对豚鼠离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤心肌组织中生化指标的影响。方法制造豚鼠离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤模型,在灌流液中加入不同浓度的苦菜总黄酮液。测定灌流后心肌组织中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化。结果苦菜总黄酮能使豚鼠离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤后心肌组织中LDH、CK、SOD的活性均升高。结论苦菜总黄酮可通过影响心肌组织中LDH、CK、SOD的活性从而对豚鼠离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤起保护作用。Objective To study the effect of common sowthistle herb total flavonoids on biochemical indices of isolated guinea pig heart ischemia reperfusion injured myocardia .Methods An isolated schemia reperfusion injured mode of lguinea pig heart was established and treated it with different concentration of common sowthistle herb total flavonoids perfusion fluid , the activities of myocardial LDH ,CK and SOD were mensurated . Results The activities of myocardial LDH , CK and SOD in isolated guinea pig heart were icreased after benn treated with common sowthistle herb total flavonoids .Conclusions Common sowthistle herb total flavonoids shows protective effect on ischemia reperfusion injured guinea pig heart due to affect the activities of myocardial LDH , CK and SOD .
