摘 要:研究了采用PID控制器和ANN(人工神经网络)控制器相结合的直流斩波器(DC-DC降压转换器)驱动的串励直流电动机的调速系统,以期提高闭环控制的性能。该系统采用电流内环和PID-ANN转速外环双回路结构。当电枢电流低于设定值时,电流控制器允许PWM(脉冲宽度调制),PID-ANN的输出控制斩波器的占空比,从而控制电机的电枢电压,调节电机转速。构建了MATLAB/Simulink下的仿真模型,分析了在不同给定速度和不同负载转矩下系统的稳态性能和动态性能。结果表明,神经网络PID混合控制的DC斩波调速系统性能优于传统PID控制。Speed regulation system of series DC motor drived by DC chopper based on ANN-PID control was studied to improve the performance of closed loop control.This system consists of inner current controller loop and outer ANN-PID based speed controller loop.The current controller allows the PWM signal when the motor current is less than set value.The ANN-PID speed controller controls the motor voltage to regulate the motor speed by controlling the duty cycle of the chopper.The performances of ANN-PID controller with various set speeds and various load torques were analyzed in both steady state and dynamic operating condition.The system was simulated using MATLAB/Simulink.The simulation results show that the hybrid ANN-PID controller with DC chopper has better performance than the conventional PID controller.
