摘  要:近年来,我国农村义务教育取得了很大的成绩,但也存在许多亟待解决的问题,如经费问题未能根本解决、产生"挤出效应"、教师"逆向流动"流失等。突破农村义务教育的困境,可采取以下措施:打通域乡壁垒,建立"以市为主"的管理体制;建立教师公务员制度,实现城乡教师同质;加强学校标准化建设,实现城乡均衡发展。Great achievements have been made in the rural compulsory education in China in recent years. However, some problems are waiting to be solved, such as funds problems, the extrusion effect, and the counter current of teachers. To get out of the plight of rural compulsory education, we can adopt the following measures: breaking through the barriers be- tween urban and rural areas and establishing a management system with "the city as the main body"; establishing the sys- tem of teachers as civil servants and realizing the homogeneity of urban and rural areas; and building schools into standard ones and realizing the balanced development of urban and rural areas.
