摘　　要：作为基层衔接学校,高职高专自学考试管理部门承担着基础数据采集、数据上报和上传下达任务,工作复杂而繁琐,各环节工作数据管理关乎学生的切身利益,必须做到管理规范、及时准确。在分析高职高专自学考试数据管理现状的基础上,结合多年从事自学考试管理的经验,提出了做好数据管理工作的一些思考。The administration of self-taught examination in higher vocational colleges takes charge of the collection and delivery of basic data. The task is complicated and closely related to the interests of students. Therefore, the management of data must be standardized, precise and timely. This paper analyzed status quo of data management of self-taught exams in higher vocational colleges and proposed some suggestions to improve the data management.
